I am sore today. I can feel yesterday's walk in my chins. I did a lot of skipping and other things to keep my heart rate up while I was walking with my friend. I also feel my back workout from yesterday, I worked my back and my biceps. I just did some abdominal work when I got up this morning. My body asked me for a break! lol
