Feeling good about my progress. I anticipate the weight loss to level out but *hopefully* continue to increase steadily. I know I don't want to weigh myself more than once a day because the only things that will accomplish are wasting time and developing a neurosis. I don't need any more of those, I've got enough as it is. (Or at least it feels like that sometimes.) I think I ate a little more than I should have for lunch, but I think also that it isn't too bad because I was getting a lot of vegetables. I want to take in carbs to help my body have the energy it needs when I work out, and I want to take in protein after wards to prevent my body from resorting to burning my muscles for calories. I think I am doing a fair job of that. I still feel sore from the exercise last Friday. I don't know if the gardening I did this morning made that any better or worse. Perhaps it helped loosen up my muscles, though I don't know if it also put extra strain on some of them due to the movements I was making to shovel the dirt around my azalea and mint.
