There comes a time when you just need to accept that feeling disconnected from ppl is a time to cleanse your own mind. To rid yourself of the ever increasing negativity that slowly builds until it consumes every part of your being. To realize that people will always come and go in and out of your life, and there is not a hole hell of alot that you can do about it. Some people reach out during these times and hold onto things that are just not meant to be held onto. Yes I have been doing some soul searching, trying to piece together what has triggered these emotions, understanding that my needs in this life can not be met by any one person. I feel stronger when I only depend on myself to see me through rough times. I feel bad when all I do is whine on here about how hard life is, how crazy I feel, how unstable and unbalanced I am on a day to day basis.
Honestly the friends I had I have removed myself from their lives, purposely slipped away. I guess it is my way not to involve others I once cared about into my negative vortex.
Okay enough about all that.. holy moly.. typing diarhhea today.
Update from yesterday.. work was crazy busy, but I survived it. At home I got off my duff and did a few things! Only had one visitor and that was a relief :) Ate fairly well, and oh my goodness drank water! Sleeping however was a little rough and a tad bit tired today.

Now for the things I am grateful for:
mom and brother
pain in the ass roomate :P
my job and being busy
super supportive buddies on here, who understand me and encourage me.
having this journal option to express how I feel.
my belief in guardian angels who guide me and protect me.
life.. and getting out of bed (one of the most important steps)

No T I haven't gotten any books. I have however joined a new support group on line. I am hoping that I can gain further insight from there. Have a good day..
