none scale victory: valentines dinner or any celebratory dinner consists of waaaaay too many calories. So THIS time I drank 1 glass of wine and only 2 dinner rolls. and these dinner rolls are equivalent to red lobster but for fine dining. so... you see where I'm coming from. and usually I have 2 glasses but I only had 1 AND I had a responsible lunch and had a smoothie instead of drive through. so, it was good decition day. I definitely made conscious decisions. and I didnt suffer. so it's a high five for me. I feel good today. and I want to make good decisions today too. Yay!
