Well, this weekend was ok food wise. I really wish I had done better but what's done is done. Yesterday I ate poorly and today I have eaten so far about 1600 calories and most of them are fat and carbs! What the hell! I really wanted to go to the gym this morning but I was so sore from bein sun burnt, crashing on the tube behind the boat, and having a sore throat! I went to bed at 8 pm so tonight that means I get to clean the house,which on the brighter side- means I will get some kind of activity in. I really wish I felt better. I have to go to the gym tomorrow, Thursday and Friday and atleast maybe Saturday too. I need to kick it into gear!
