Dr. says I'm cleared to get back on the "diet" (I couldn't even go there in terms of expalining how wrong that word is) and LIGHT exercise on Friday. No cardio, no weights, no yoga, so swimming (for two more weeks.) What the hell does that leave? Reps on the remote control?? Grr. I'm still losing, but since I can't really eat much (I'm far below 1200 because only a bit or two of food puts so much pressure on that I can't stand it), I know it's more more muscle I'm losing than fat. I'm not a woe is me kind of gal, but WOE The HELL IS ME!!

You must feel so frustrated. Don't let it get you down! I guess by light exercise you could do some walking?

Don't fret. You just need to get better first... I agree with wii, just go for light walks - that will be enough for now. You need to heal. 2 weeks will pass by quickly and you will be back on track. Your stats are awesome to date so I have no worries that you will bounce right back after resting. (((((hug)))))
