Today was an awfully long and busy day.. been a hectic week.. only 25 minutes on my bike.. only ate breakfast and half a monster drink.. Wend all day without eating.. was trying to sustain from the atkins products.. home now.. cooking my dinner at 6:45pm.. chicken breast and broccoli.. I hope this doesn't affect my weight (again) when I weigh soon. Not eating very well last few days but no cheats.. Will come back when kids down so i can log everything.. just didn't want to go the day without writing in the journal..

I find myself doing that, too, skipping meals, that is. It's not the best thing to do, but to me, I think it's better than eating something that I know I shouldn't. My "day" is totally different than anyone I know. I'm normally up all night and sleep most of the day. "Breakfast" for me is most times in the early afternoon (if I'm hungry), and "Dinner" around midnight LOL. Maybe my loss would be different if I had a normal schedule, I don't know, but personally, it doesn't seem to affect it much, or it hasn't at this point. Good for you for being determined to not use the Atkins stuff, for making time to exercise and for no cheats!! :D You're awesome!
