isn't it amazing how the stuff that tastes so good and comes in such small packages weighs the most in our tummies!! so not fair..

Love the part of your weight history that says Lost so far: 40.6!!! You are doing GREAT!!! At least you now know the damage and it will only go down from there! :) The sugar is probably making you retain water and will be gone in a day or two!

I hear ya! That darn candy is a killer on the scale. I just watched a DVR'd episode of the Sons from Tues. last night, love it. I'm sure that weight will come off soon. Also, like ConniebytheSea said that 40.6 is amazing, so don't stop now!

Those little chocolate bars may as well be bricks for what they do to our bodies :S Good job pushing the liquids and making the plan for the elliptical.
