This question is for the 40 something ladies out there: did it happen to you to have your period delayed for more than a week after the first month and a half of dieting? First four weeks I lost about 9 pounds and then I stopped altogether. I actually gained back 3 of the 9 pounds. My appetite became ravenous in the past two weeks. And no, I can’t be pregnant. I’m curious if diet can affect a woman’s period. I also have hypothyroidism because of autoimmunity, but this usually reduces my appetite.
