Hello Fatsecret!!! I am restarting the Atkins diet again. Losing weight has been a real challenge for me. It seems like I can accomplish everything else in life EXCEPT losing weight. I am so tired of people saying, "You have a cute face." I'm like damn, what about the rest of me? I want to be healthier and I also want to look good in my clothes. I'm tired of changing clothes three and four times before I find an outfit that compliments me that day. My first goal is to just stay committed on the Atkins program until Christmas morning. Then I will set a new goal. I think if I set and accomplish short term goals, I will succeed. I've been trapped in this over weight body for to long. It's time for a NEW ME!!
