Liv, I did! It's easier than you think. One egg and 1 T oil in a blender, start blending, and drizzle in 1 cup oil. Season to your heart's desire. I have to make my own because I'm sensitive to nightshades and all commercially prepared mayo has paprika. Duke's mayo actually has a pretty clean ingredient list, but when you make your own, you also control the quality of oil used.
