Grassfed ground beef, well-seasoned and mixed with parm, then spooned into blanched and hollowed summer squash boats. Baked at 425 F for 20 min. Ask me and I'll share my seasoning blend.

So pretty. I would be interested in your spice blend. I like to use spice to create new dishes in my cooking.

Liv, I used about 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric, dry cumin and oregano; half tsp of ground mustard seed, coriander, and fennel seed. I'll post a pic, too.

I dunno. I can't have nightshades so my goal was to create as much flavor as possible without peppers and paprika. It's earthy, subtly Indian maybe.
