Day 78!
Gosh time flies!
So, my upping the carbs and eating dinner only strategy did not work so much last week. Not only did I stall but went up a pound or two.
It's a new week and I need a new strategy. I have moved my meals to daytime only and plan on doing 2 days of water fasting this week. I have lowered the carbs to between 10g-20g a day instead of the 20-30g. My critical carb level is so low it's crazy. How do I raise it!! Exercise I guess.
Well just happy to see the scale finally move in the right direction this morning. What has helped a lot is buying the Julian Bakery low carb cinnamon raisin bread....Wow its good...how can it be zero carbs! That's Crazy! I just ordered 6 more loafs to freeze!
