I really hope that i'm not hitting another plateau. After several months of watching the pounds drip off they've suddenly halted. I'm running more then i ever have and working out every day doing a different distance or different workout every day.

Maybe i just need to stop weighing myself every day and love the fact that my pants still fit better lol

LOL i wish i could be more like you :) I hear that milk is REALLY bad for you. It has lots of sugar. Instead drink soy milk and have fruit blended smoothies and if your still hungry get some fruit with some truvia sugar on it. I got 83 pounds to lose. I hope you reach your goal weight :) Send me an email if you want to be friends :)

yeah, i want at least 30 more to come off if it's possible. Baby steps though! I just want to be in the 170's :) And milk is bad for you! Or at least me lol We don't get along so well so i don't drink much of it or i just leave it for cereal. I'm sure that everything will change, i'll just have to be extra careful about food for a while i guess!
