Blood sugars have been running high all night and most of the morning. Not sure why. Today I have only consumed 33 net carbs. I took 750mg metformin this morning and 25mg of topiramate. Feeling extremely tired; not sure it if is from the top. or from the high blood sugar. Will update tomorrow.
