Trying not to weigh in every day. It fluctuates too much. End of day usually shows up 2-3lbs. But, I've noticed my pants don't feel so tight and uncomfortable. NSV! Also, noticing behavioral changes and implementing small tweaks to daily routine. I had developed a bad habit of laying down right after work and even eating in bed while lying down. Trying to not go to bed till tired and reusing that wasted time to do chores around the house. Baby steps!
