Last night it seems like I couldn’t get full. I drank a lot of water, ate a lot at dinner – 5 ounces of filet or so, half a cup of rice, and probably a cup and a half of green beans. But around 8 o’clock I got a terrible sugar craving, and I ended up eating some more of the cake my mom made me. I told my husband that the rest was his to guarantee that I don’t touch anymore of it. Why is sugar so addictive?! I need to have a plan in place for the next time I get cravings like this again. If anyone has any ideas, I’m open for suggestions! Well, today is fast day, so I’m going forward and not going to dwell on last night’s craving.
