It should not be about your weight - it should be about your health, the weight will follow. Remember - that is the problem with the BMI - it doesn't take all the factors into account. You are doing fine. Keep on working out and keep up the good work

That’s my friend and my goal. She’s going to leave us soon, she wants to look her best I want her to see me at my best too.
