I’m always shocked when I see how many calories, protein, and iron are in 1 cup of flour. If you’re feeling sluggish after cutting gluten, make sure you’re replacing that food with a good source of those things (especially protein and iron)! It may be a lack of nutrients and energy, not just sugar/gluten cravings. If you have a good source, it may just be your microbiome adjusting. Give it time and fiber to help :)
