Well had a sweet and salty cravings so yes I ate the chips and the hershey's minatures (3) I think what got me was I'm off work today and it was hard to fight temptation when I wasn't busy.

I did clean house for my exercise though. Hopefully my treats won't go straight to my hips.

Why can't I stay within my points values for even one day. Am I not ready to make the committment? Do I not want this bad enough. Am I not sick of being fat. Do I not hate it when people ask me when my baby is due when I haven't been pregnant in 13 years!

Some how some way I've got to find the motivation and the shear will to do this once and for all. For my family and for my health and for me. Right now I'm not facing any real health problems other than I have a bad back but I do have the potential there,I have family history of heart problems and my dad is type II diabetic.

Aside from the heatlh problems I just tired of being fat. looking in the mirror to a fat,bloated face is hard. I'm 35 and I don't want to be 40 this way.

You know what enough to this feeling sorry for myself, I'm gonna go take my 2 mile walk!
