So I read an article about daily requirements and I now understand a bit better as to how my circle graph should look. The graph should show slighly more then 1/2 for carb's (approx 55%), no more then 1/3 for fat (approx 33%) and the balance for protein. Obviously the fat being lower is a plus. Atleast now I know what to look for!
