ARGGGG!! Just have to keep on plugging away at it. I hate plateauing, but I know that my body is converting fat to muscle right now, so the next drop will come soon. Still doing my mile a day on my treadmill. Next week will up it to 2 miles a day.

im anticipating my first plateau. im not big on change, in general, so i figure i'll just do what im doing until it happens...but im already thinking about possible changes i may nees to make when the time comes (like upping my activity level) it's good to be able to see ither people dealing with those things, and not freaking out about it (much lol) 😊 keep on truckin', im counting on being motivates by your good reports anither week or so down the road 😉
