I may finally be caught up! Had to take DH to eye specialist on Monday and ended up taking 3 hours (mainly testing). After all that, the eye surgeon decided not to do anything at this time. So at work I had to catch up those 3 hours lost from Monday.
As for food, I think I'm doing OK. We'll just have to see what tomorrow's weigh in looks like. Will start recording again today so things don't get out of hand.
Now - for all my Buds who are so much closer to Maintenance than I - check out the new Group "Maintenance Mania"! Haven't had too much time to look at it but one of the Administrators uses South Beach so it should be low carb friendly. Please let me know what you think.
