Good morning, friends.

Yesterday was named pretty good day. In didn't do as good on the food as I had planned, but I'm sure I fully compensated be exercising.

Food at the convention center where our class was held, was great tasting, burn as always impossible to really calculate. I could do rough estimates, but no more than that. I could easily have miscalculated 500 calories in there... To make sure that things would be okay, I got on my stationary bike for a full hour yesterday morning, bicycled to work, AND took another 30 minute ride to the beach after class. All in all I think I did about two full hours! Not bad.

After the convention and the bike ride, we had visitors from Holland. Wife had mate meatless spaghetti, and our guests had brought a little cake. I had a small piece, not really much. Since the day already had so many uncertainties, I chose to not bother calculating.

Back to normal conditions today. I'm writing g from my stationary bike again, it's 3:45 am right now.

I'm back in a groove where I find myself waking up in the morning, and instead of turning over to take another hour, I think that I could probably sneak in a ride on the stationary bike.

My legs ARE recovering today though. That, and given the start time, I will not do and hour. Probably 30 minutes. Today its not so much about whether I can do it, it's more about getting to spend time with Wife. I want to enjoy our usual morning, and help her getting ready. I might take a ride in the real world later after work.

Today, I'm thankful for :
- bikes!
- Morning coffee in a few. Just realized I have no coffee with me on the bike.

Happy Biking Keld, way to weave through those obstacles of life! It is coming up on that time of year when cakes/cookies/candy will be tempting us frequently! I reckon we have to choose wisely!
