DAY 91!
FOOD DAY!
It's a cold misty day in the NYC area and I am colder than I have ever felt.....just feeling sensitive over everything I think.
For the most part, I am feeling pretty stable. Walking down the streets of NY and smelling street food is a small battle.
I know alternating fasting days either every other or every two or three is the fastest way to loose the weight from all that I have read and experineced. I do find myself in a weird mental circle of self-talk-psycho-babble that just seems to end with me deciding to try one more day of fasting.
I am listening to my body and for the most part I don't feel like I am hurting myself. It could be the body's defenses kicking in making me feel euphoric and energetic to mask the desire for solid food.
I am ok for now....so I will try another day to see if I can push to get to my 300 pound mini-goal by November 1st.

Thanks again.....I am literally the most calm I have ever felt. I look for signs of heart fluttering, shortness of breath, dizziness, foginess, extreme fatigue....I have none of that. Just an easy even feeling.....
