Had an exciting lunch today. I had white pasta sauce in the freezer..wrapped in plastic. I could break it so I threw it off the balcony and smashed it... Portion Control!! I bought one of those hand held spiralizers...and had zuchinni and carrot pasta with the tiniest 35 gr piece of chicken.. lot s of fun doing the spirals.\Hope everyone had a good day!
