Life is getting busy for me, and my weight is pretty steady. I managed to get to the gym (in my new town) for the first time and remembered two important life lessons.
1) My whole family experience is much better when I really make time to take care of myself. I was totally irked with my kids for being, well, kids. After my workout I felt *much* better.
2) Ab exercises are really the kind of thing you have to keep up with you lose progress. Wowee were those hard! :)
All in all, doing ok. I'm happy to be able to get to the gym again. It's super dooper hot and humid here and we've had crazy thunderstorms. Not good jogging weather if you know what I mean.
