Woke up feeling a little blue, actually, I went to bed feeling down. It could be hormonal, my age is right for ups and downs. Or maybe I'm just feeling a little lonely. This is the first time I've ever lived alone in my entire 54 years. Now that my daughter is grown and off to college, it's just me and the doggies, and my kitty that stays in the garage most of the time. I have a busy social life, lots of friends, so I don't need to be lonely. Now that she is gone, maybe I should consider a man in my life. Ah, the task of finding a good one, not easy!
Ok, now that I've poured out a bunch of personal stuff, lets talk about weight loss. Ups and downs, but as long as the trend is down, I'm happy. Shooting for 185 so I can buy myself the new dress and boots. I love that look for fall/winter and I'm going to pull it off this year. 185 sounds like a lot, but at my height, it's pretty good. I'm very excited to see my final goal getting closer! 160, here I come! And I may even pass it by and shoot for 150...
