It feels like cheating! But it's not! Low carb tip!!! DELICIOUS :D

Ok, so I like to treat myself once a week to Wingstop for a little cheat, except it's not a cheat!

I eat 10 Wingstop Cajun wings for a grand total of "0" carbs. ( that's what they say a serving is, 10 wings, 0 carbs. It might be .4 carbs, but hey.. It's close enough to nothing ). I take my delicious wings home and pour myself 4 tablespoons of Great Value ranch dressing. ( Ewww, store brand.. but it's the only one I can find that has such a low carbohydrate dressing per 2tbsp. 2tbsp = 1 carbohydrate!!!! )

have a nice tall glass of water and DIG IN

Eat some celery if you're feeling ballsy!

All of their spicy wings are "0" carbohydrates. That includes Cajun, Original Hot, Mild, Atomic, and one other .. can't remember :D


ENDULGE ladies and gentleman.


Bonus!!! It's fattening, that's what we want! Fat is good :D

It's low calorie for what it is! I can't believe 10 wings is only 550 calories! What a DEAL!

Wings are your binge food. GO NUTS!
