It is Friday and I am anxious for the weekend to begin! I am also dreading the weekend because I know that my eating habits will overwhelm me and I will fall off the wagon. I hope to be back on track with exercising on Monday. My leg is still a bit sore but I am going to try to take it easy this weekend so I can be 100% next week. I have got to lose this weight in order to fit into my bridesmaid dress and feel good in it too! Wish me luck! Today I had a large breakfast and went home for lunch and had a chicken sandwich with swiss cheese and came straight back to work. I did eat 2 extra pieces of cheese but I logged it and it looks like I am only half way to my RHI! I have to stay focused tonight when it's time to eat dinner. Focus Jessica FOCUS!

Good luck I hope you have a great weekend. Just remember just because you make a slip up, doesn't mean you should stop trying! Soon being good will just be a habit!

Thanks Lee! Last weekend was ok. This Monday I am back on track with my exercise. I hope my leg is feeling better for some Step, Power, Ride and Centergy! Have a great weekend and thank you for the encouraging words! I really needed that for this weekend!
