I had two dates today. Only around 350 to 400 over my calorie budget. But for a party and a dinner date I am giving myself on the back. I need to drink lots of water. Food in a restaurant and alcohol is no fun on the water weight. I had a massage today too. It was a pretty good day Praise God!

Not terrible at all, but yes, with the increased sodium and massage, there will be a water gain tomorrow. Good thing it's very temporary.
