Well, I didn't wake up to go to the gym today because my husband had to go to work early. I don't understand why people do not consider other people's schedules before making plans. Anyways, needless to say, I havent worked out since last Wednesday. Disappointed again. Maybe I will be able to wake up tomorrow morning and go to my Centergy class and get a small workout. I didn't step on the scale today because I am only going to weigh myself once a week. I did pretty good yesterday food wise. Went a bit crazy at dinner but I was hungry. Tonight depending on the weather, I am planning on running 4.37 miles-wish me luck!
