I stepped on the scale yesterday when I got home from work and it said that I gained 5 lbs but I had to tell myself that my legs were swollen and that it will be better tomorrow. So, I stepped on the scale this morning and sure enough it told me that I was back at my weight before last night. It made me feel better especially since I didn't wake up and go to the gym this morning. I have got to get back on track with my gym routine. I hurt my leg 2 weekends ago dancing and I took last week off to let is recover so now it is just a matter of getting my mind set back to my workout. I have got to lose weight in order to fit in to the size 18 dress by September! Plus, I really want to be able to do some more shopping and be happy with my body.
