Eating more "real" food lately. Not following any specific diet, but watching the overall numbers including exercise. We'll see how it goes. If things go too awry, I can jump back on Optavia in January and focus on losing the fat. Physical activity continues to be key.

What I forgot to add was that not only did I swim the whole 30 minutes with just 10 breaths (not even 10 seconds) in between "laps", I did it the whole 30 minutes so the athlete in me is definitely back. I also did 30 minutes of HIIT in the water with resistance equipment and bands with cardio for a minute in between sets.
