Kcal restriction, cycling and a UD and a DD. For me it is 1,300 on UD and 600 to 650 on DD. Healthy food selections! NO FAST FOOD!!!! Keeping carbs under 25. Will change it when I reach 160. 2.2 pounds to go!!!! :)
