Thank you all for the suggestions... I will add magnesium and salt. I am doing ok. Having problems getting fiber in.

You will not really get a lot of fiber. For most people that is not an issue at all. I do not think I get any more fiber than you do and I feel fine. I do try to eat greens and other veggies (I like them) If you want to you can add a bit of flax or psyllium husks to your diet.

I have more problems when I do have a lot of fiber than going without. many veggies upset my digestion and sets off my food sensitivities.

Ok. Good to know...I figure that my body is just adjusting to the no carb!
