What a great day so far and really had a great workout this morning. I am helping my wife with her daycare this week so I have to go to the gym early instead of mid-day. I can honestly say, I felt better today than I have in 8 weeks of mid-day workouts! I went up a couple pounds this weekend from all the food at cookouts.
I am buckling down and no more eating out for at least 2 weeks to get these 12 lbs gone in the next 2 weeks!

I love morning workouts. I got at around 5.30am every morning (most mornings...) and its great. I'll also be going tonight at around 5.30pm - not as great because its so hard to figure out dinner and such.... probably will end up going without dinner, which isn't great.... oh well, as I said, morning workouts are great, and if you don't eat before hand, you are burning fat, not food!
