I got on the treadmill today and burned up some calories! My Polar HRM said I burned about 700 calories. I ran for about 30 minutes and walked fast for about 35 minutes. I did a walk jog combo. Trying to ease my way back into my workout routine.

I went to Willy's last night and had chips. That will end effective yesterday. Those chips are so full of empty carbs and calories. I got on my scale at home without my clothes and it said I weighed 169 lbs I'll see what it says a week from now. I weighed in with my clothes on at work at 174. That's a huge difference. I think I'll do my weigh in's based on my scale at home and I will post my job weigh-ins in my journal. Our "Biggest Loser" contest will only last for 7 weeks. I'm in this for the long haul so I should use my home scale to track my progress.
