Yesterday afternoon was spent with my daughter at the hospital. She has a kidney infection :( but she got to leave the same day, so she wanted McDonalds. We went and I really should of just had maybe a chicken wrap, or something small to tide me over until we got home, but nope I had the big mac meal. And this is what gets me every time. The food. It was painful recording it, but I really saw how many calories it all is. I still plan on working out today. One day at a time. One mess up is not going to turn into a week of mess ups anymore.
