Hey gang!

Feeling a lot better today than I have in a while. Maybe simply the fact that I have decided to commit less to some things makes me able to commit more to everything.

I slept GREAT, better than I have in weeks.

Weight? I have no clue. I haven't weighed in for days, and I wanted to do it this morning, but forgot. Simply forgot. I'll try tomorrow.

Yesterday evening I had an eye-opener on my weight gain. I saw a photo from the day before surgery. I saw my face in it, and I was a LOT skinnier looking than I am right now. WHAT?!?

I can not have that sitting on me. Please let THAT be my motivator. Let's go, Keld!

So, today I'm thankful for:
- A wake-up call.
- Sleep. Oh, sweet sleep.
- Meeting new friends.

Glad you are feeling more focused Keld.... Forgetting to weigh in, is weird... I am the same.. Not sure if that is good or bad. :-)

I've put the "shocking" picture next to my PC here at work. Another one goes on the fridge. :) I mean, it's not really THAT bad, and people around me say they prefer me the size I am now, but THIS PERSON doesn't like to be where he is. He likes to be below 80 and feel more comfortable.
