So Atkins took me halfway and exercise will finish me off. Four weeks from today is my sister in laws wedding. I have this awesome dress thta I can wear now but its strapless and my arms and chest are so pathetic they WISH they were Jello. I did a cardio kickboxing class today that kicked my butt. My arms were sore before I got into my car. This week I'm walking everyday, crunches for every calorie, and push ups everyday. I recorded a few workout shows that I need to squeeze in, too.
8.2 lbs in four weeks!
