I'm really disappointed in myself. I was 8kg down but this week was horrible for me. I was behaving like I have never seen food, I ate chocolates, chips, overated meals, alcohol, Nutella in the night, not enough water etc.... I said I am cheating for today but tomorrow I'll continue to my diet. that tomorrow didn't come and I continue cheating for a week and this is the result in a week gained more than 2kg... I don't know why am I like this? why I can never say no to a food. why I can't just think about myself my health... I'm so disappointed

Everyone has the occasional lapse. Just start again. Be committed to your weight loss and don’t be too hard on yourself. It happens to all of us.

I have done the same thing the past week! Tomorrow is a new day! We got this!

One thing that keeps me on track is daily weighing. If I eat at a restaurant or have guests for dinner I eat everything too but the daily weighing shows me the effect the next morning and that helps me be more careful. For some people the weekly weigh-in might work but some of us need the daily weigh-in.

We have all been there. Tomorrow truly is a new day and a new beginning. You'll lose those 2kg in no time once you set your mind to it.

Did you eat 14,000 calories more than usual? If not then some of this will come off very quickly once your back on your diet. 2kg is around 4.4 lb so 15,400 kcal or 2200/day extra. We all mess up. We are human after all. Drink some extra water, start back on your diet and forgive yourself for not being perfect ;). You’ve got this!

You do not have to try to be perfect! You already are!!! ❤️ Go day by day... just a few things to be healthier: a bit more water, a bit less chocolate. A bit more veggies/fruit a bit let of process food! You got this girl! 💁🏼‍♀️❤️💁🏽‍♀️
