So glad to be close to my "lowest weight" again. I'm going to get back into gear of Phase one after having a little "first week back at work" party. Ate sushi and a 1/3 of a dessert. Sugar really is way to sweet when you don't eat it often.
I'm making steak for dinner tonight! Can't wait!
