Getting a tad bit upset again as I have not lost any weight since Monday even though I have been doing really good.

On the other hand I bought a case of water today to have at my desk at work. As I was carrying it in I realized that I have lost almost twice the weight of the case of water. This means that before it was like I was walking around with two cases of water on my shoulders every day!!!

According to your chart, you are losing fine. We don't lose every day and staying the same for a few days or even a week or more is normal. The scale will move again. Patience and persistence will get you to your goal.

I have a shelf of food (flour, rice and sugar) that is equivalent to the weight I have lost.When I get discouraged, I look at it, pick some of it up and realize I am doing ok. I have had plateaus that have lasted a couple of weeks, but when you stick with it, the results HAVE to happen. We just can't control when and how. Some weeks I lost only 1 pound but lost inches in size. Other weeks I have lost weight, but don't notice clothes fitting better. Adding muscle is a sure way to not lose weight (in the short term), but you will shrink in size and muscle burns more energy. Keep on, you are doing great!!

Keep up the good work babe! I can tell you're losing the weight. Don't worry about not losing a few pounds a week. Think of how amazing you feel. That is what matters! I know I couldn't do this without you!
