So glad I went to water aerobics this morning, so nice and cool in the water and our instructor was intense really brought it on for the lady’s. productive morning but once the heat came through I had to hide inside. Hope everyone in Australia is surviving the heat😅☀️🔥

Yeah I’m fine when I’m at work in the aircon,but having my two days off in the hottest day of the week isn’t that fun, rotating drink bottles in and out of the freezer

I have never been happier to have finally made the move to Tasmania. Yesterday we had a top of 13°. So glad I'll never have to face a Qld summer ever again ☀ ❄
