This week has been a little rough. I was sick for two days. All of the decisions I made this week were deliberate. Atkins is my way of life now even though I made some diferent decisions that are off of the plan. I think that's where the plan will become real and not just a diet. It offers choice. I'll now record all of the choices I made since Tuesday. Entry#2 Recording everything on my free day is really opening my eyes to how my old eating patterns could have really affected me for the bad. Not a good pattern to follow on a daily basis. Truly mindless eating.
