Yesterday was a busy day! Did some cleaning and laundry, went for a bike ride, had some company over. Went to bed at a decent time but was in pain as my sinuses where acting up. Happens every year. This year is starting off a bit worse then last year. Back to work today and after the long weekend it maybe a bit tough.
Food today will be challenging as I re-set my goal weight yesterday and adjusted my calory intake. So some more careful planning will be needed. Lots of water, veggies and fruit. Also going to need to be creative with some stuff in the fridge too.

You re-set your goal weight too? For a lower weight - I bet. I mention morning coffee in my journal this morning also. I love love love fall. Because of our summer drought here we might not have a very pretty fall here.
