I can't understand, I really can't understand I couldn't eat proper for two days and I cheated for some meals but I have walked more than 12 km for each day how can I gain 2kg ? I can't believe it I don't want to believe it 😔😔

When u depend more on calories rather than exercise for weight loss u will see the results u are looking for

I dont feel good, I feel super bad cuz I know how hard I try to loose weight and when I see I gain weight. It hurts too much when I saw I gain I was thinking of quitting it's really disappointing...

How much did you cheat? 2kg is 4.4lb I believe. If so that’s a huge amount to gain in just 2 days. That’s like 4000 calories worth of cheating per day! If this is only over two days and you didn’t go over your calories by much then it’s more than likely not fat. It could be water. Do your best to stick to your calories. If you know you have big meals coming up that you can’t miss then cut back a little at each meal for a week until you have those calories left to use ;). It’s much easier to limit calories than try to work them off 😞.

why should you be worried about cheat meals as long as you are in your daily limit... I will start hating "bad" food soon. No worries
