Good Evening Dear Diary,
My low carb eating is going extremely well. At this point
on my weight loss journey, I've lost 13 pounds. I'm very happy
to say the least. I've been at it since August 28, 2018. Now I
have HALLOWEEN to get thru. I'll be drinking a lot of water to
help keep me feeling full. Well that's about it for now. Until
next time. I'M THINKING THIN.....Marlene
