First of all my Course Leader is very happy with my progress. Not just in weight loss over the range of the course but also in terms of lifestyle changes. All added sugar has gone and wherever possible I have changed to wholemeal seeded. Some way to go yet but I am on a long haul mainly to prevent diabetes not to be a 73 year old toyboy (but I am open to offers). My scales are +500gr against the course scales. So I will adjust my home reading to be similar to the course until I am finished in January. So tofay is 103.2 which is neither gain nor loss.
